Massage promotes the release of serotonin, which is a chemical in the body that is responsible for balancing moods, sleep and promotes a sense of well-being.
The key to making massage work for you is timing. Keep the intervals between the massages the same –whether it is with weekly massages, bi-monthly massage, monthly massages or even every 6 weeks. When you keep the interval between massages the same the residual effects of the massages will start increasing exponentially.
